The world today needs more sources of renewable energy to not just meet the ever increasing needs but also to ensure a constant supply of an energy resource. The climate change issue is another one big reason that all are turning towards the renewable resources. Apart from the non-exhaustible nature and cost-effectiveness these energy sources give, the one biggest advantage of using these renewable source of energy is the cleaner environment for they in no way contribute to any harmful changes on the planet.Out of all the sources the one that are most talked about are the solar energy and the Wind energy. Today the energy from the sun is being harnessed in many different forms to help all reap the maximum benefits. From solar cells to solar panels today there are many devices being introduced that run on the solar energy, out of all the others the one that are now being used on a commercial scale for their great efficiency and go green portfolio are the solar water heater.
The Solar Hot water that is water heated using the sun radiation has seen a great rise in popularity in the past few years. With newer systems developed to better meet the needs of all, the water heaters of today are much more efficient and better in performance than all the existing ones. Designed to meet the needs of not just the consumers but even the environment, the Solar Hot water than one can obtain from such solar heaters can be put to a variety of uses. With an efficiency to meet the increasing energy demands the power of wind is used to run turbines and that are further used to fulfill various tasks. The pollution free source of energy, the Wind energy does not release any toxic wastes or greenhouse gases after use and thus depicts the safest and most environment friendly energy source helping all help the earth stay greener.

The server rack is a common presence in some households as well as office IT setups today. But it has come way ahead from the time it was first invented. Today, there are server racks that are designed to comply with environmental issues as well as for monitoring climate.
Server rack varieties with fan control:
High end and higher-density computing configurations necessitates the constant monitoring of climate change in your IT environment. This is essential both for proper functioning of your PC as well as to prevent any damage related to fluctuations in temperature, humidity etc. Many server rack varieties come with built-in capability for further automation like fan control with set points along with temperature and humidity sensors set for low and high value. However, for better functioning of your server rack it is also necessary to get the correct rackmount powerstrip.
Server rack varieties with alarming controls:
Sudden rise in temperature or humidity as well as smoke can affect the functioning of any computer. To avoid all these situations, there is a constant need for monitoring. Earlier this was done manually. But not anymore! With the advent of server rack varieties that are equipped with amazing alarm controls nowadays operating PCs and servers have become a breeze. A standard configuration from most of the well known manufacturers today comes with sensor inputs and relays out puts. Some server rack varieties have an audio-video alarm. The debate over climate change continues to rage unabated, but regardless of your own opinions on the subject, everyone can agree that cutting down on energy waste is always a good idea. If you haven’t assessed your home energy usage recently, maybe making some changes are in order. There are literally hundreds of steps you could take and it’s easy to become overwhelmed: so here is a short Tip Five list of tips to help you get started.
1. Reconsider your laundry habits: A typical American household does 400 or so loads of laundry a year. At 43 gallons for a full load, that’s a lot of water! Plus, 90 percent of energy consumed is used to heat the water. Try consolidating your family’s laundry so that you are always doing full loads and use cold water for both wash and rinse cycles as much as possible. Clothes dryers are huge energy hogs: how about line-drying instead? Your clothes will last longer and smell fresher too.
2. Fridge facts: 18 percent of a household’s electricity usage goes toward keeping that all-important refrigerator up and running. You can help it cool more efficiently by keeping coils clean and moving the fridge four or more inches away from the wall to keep the motor from overheating. If your unit is more than 10 years old, it’s time to invest in a newer, more energy-efficient model.
3. Plug the leaks: Whether it goes out the chimney or under the door, you may be losing a lot of your hot or cool air through leakage. Add more insulation, close the flue, install more weather stripping, or invest in replacement windows. These are changes that will pay off over time through reduced monthly energy bills, and you’ll feel great about putting an end to all that waste.
